SPX is always looking for friendly volunteers to work the day of the show. Volunteers receive a free name badge and free admission to all days of the show, and invitations to the private events. We ask our volunteers to agree to work a 4 hour shift during the show. If you are interested in volunteering, please complete and submit the following form. Someone will contact you as it gets closer to the show.

Volunteers work a variety of tasks including registration desk, manning program rooms, assisting exhibitors and generally anything that needs to be done to keep the show running.

Are you local to the DC area?  We need help getting out flyers and posters in the weeks before the show.

Volunteers are needed from during the following times:

Friday evening from 5pm – 10pm
Saturday – all day starting at 7am – 10pm
Sunday – morning and afternoon starting at 10am – 8pm
