SPX is always looking for friendly volunteers to work the day of the show. Volunteers receive a free name badge and free admission to all days of the
show, and invitations to the private events. We ask our volunteers to agree to work a 4 hour shift during the show. If you are interested in volunteering, please complete and submit the following form. Someone will contact you as it gets closer to the show.

Volunteers work a variety of tasks including registration desk, manning program rooms, assisting exhibitors and generally anything that needs to be done to keep the show running.

If you are local to the DC area and available in the weeks before the show to help with such tasks deliverying flyers and posters, please note that in the comments box.

Volunteers are needed from during the following times:

Friday: evening
Saturday: 8:00 am until 9:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am until 8:00 pm
