Jim Rugg is the creator of the 2010 Ignatz Award-winning mini-comic Rambo 3.5 and co-creator/artist with Brian Maruca of the critically lauded Street Angel and Afrodesiac (2011 Glyph Comic Award nominee in 5 categories). He was the artist on Felicia Day’s The Guild comic, and artist for both of the Plain Janes books written by Cecil Castellucci and published as part of DC’s Minx line. His comics and illustrations have appeared in many diverse outlets, including VH1, New York Magazine, Meathaus, and True Porn. Jim is from the Pittsburgh, PA area.
